We use the best quality fabrics in our garments and our in-house textile inspection ensures that each product meets the highest quality standards.
Our stringent quality control measures apply to every stage from raw material we select to produce our fabrics, to the quality of the box the finished goods are packed in. Nothing is left to chance as our statistical process control dictates multiple QC checks throughout the manufacturing process.
Complying with AQL 2.5 standards, our QC is carried out at the following stages:
- Grey fabric
- Processing
- After processing
- Stitching
- After finishing and before packaging
- Compliance to third party standards during packaging
Each department from stitching, stores to finishing and packaging incorporated QC teams, headed by a head QC, that ensure the highest standards of checking.
